Rebecca Gullion Lindquist, CMKBD

From visionary to mentor, Rebecca is involved in all aspects of our business, but paramount is her dedication to providing our clients an experience that exceeds expectations. Supported by a talented team of specialists, she brings extensive product knowledge, design expertise and practical solution based skills to every project. Rebecca’s enthusiasm for her work and unparalleled attention to detail has earned her the respect of her clients and her industry colleagues.

Rebecca holds a B.A.A. in Home Economics & Interior Design from the University of Minnesota; and, as a Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer (CMKBD) has achieved the highest level of accreditation in the kitchen and bath industry.

A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Ms. Lindquist is also a consultant to a variety of trade and consumer publications seeking her expertise on kitchen and bath design. Most recently, she has consulted to The Wall Street Journal, This Old House Magazine and Better Homes and Gardens.

She is the recipient of numerous design awards at the regional, state and national level, and her projects have been featured in local, regional and national design magazines and books.


Robert Lindquist

As co-owner, Bob manages the daily operations of Lindquist and company, but more importantly, he is a dedicated, full time project manager. Bob ensures that our projects are completed on schedule with great attention to detail. His vigilance in communicating with our clients, trades people and suppliers results in well managed, successful projects every time. His project management skills play a significant role in Design2Life – The Lindquist Signature Process.


Jessica Hall

Design Associate/CAD Specialist

Jessica Hall is a third-generation Denfeld High School graduate with deep roots in the twin ports community.  After a spell living in Minneapolis and attaining an A.A. Degree in Interior Design for the Art Institute of Portland, Oregon, Jessica couldn’t help but be lured back to the area by the gravity of Lake Superior.

Jessica has nearly a decade of industry experience, and is passionate about creating warm, inviting spaces using a client focused approach. At Lindquist & Company she works closely with senior designer, Rebecca Lindquist, on all aspects of project development, including drafting, material selection, and pricing.



Stephanie Anderson

Stephanie Anderson
Support Staff/Showroom Manager

Stephanie Anderson grew up in a small town just southwest of the twin cities.  She attended the University of MN Duluth and found that Duluth was the perfect fit for her lifestyle.

At Lindquist & Company, Stephanie performs an array of tasks.  She works closely with the entire Lindquist team on almost every aspect of project and office management.  Stephanie is the first in line to greet clients in the design studio as well as on the phone.  Each day she gains hands on experience and works to ensure the success of each project.
